Je fais régulièrement des recherches pour trouver des résultats d’études portant sur les aspects sociaux des allergies alimentaires auxquels je réfère dans plusieurs articles de ce blog.

En tant que grande curieuse qui aime bien partager ses trouvailles avec vous, j’ai listé ci-dessous les articles scientifiques que j’ai répertoriés. Qui sait si cela pourrait vous être utile? D’ailleurs, si le cœur vous en dit, vous pourriez prendre à votre tour d’assaut la bibliothèque de l’université la plus proche et aller y lire les articles originaux publiés dans les revues scientifiques. Sachez que la majorité des bibliothèques des universités sont accessibles à tous pour la consultation sur place. C’est beaucoup moins sorcier qu’il n’y paraît surtout si on se débrouille pas trop mal avec la langue anglaise.
